We respect your privacy and do not access your personal files unless it is necessary to perform the requested service, test the device, diagnose the issue, or unless you give us permission.
Before repair, we recommend that you:
- Back up your device
- Remove sensitive personal information when possible
- Sign out of accounts when needed
- Disable passwords, Find My iPhone, or device locks only when required for repair
- Remove SIM cards or memory cards if they are not needed for the repair
We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Customers should keep a backup of important data before submitting a device.
