IFIXTECH sells phones such as Samsung and iPhone, as well as phone parts. Our products are backed by a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover technician damage, physical damage, internal cracks, or incidental damage.

If a customer wants to return an item, the return request must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date the item was received. Once the customer decides to return the item, they must contact our support team for further guidance and return instructions.

The product is eligible for return or exchange only if it is defective upon initial testing before installation or if physical damage is reported prior to installation. The product is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange if it has been installed or used, if issues occur after a period of use, if there are signs of wear, scratches, or physical damage, if it is not in resellable condition, or if the issue is related to software behavior, system updates, or compatibility.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact our support team first. The item must be sent back to us for inspection. Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement item.
